Why Use nature as Medicine

Mirriam-Webster defines a Physician as “1(a): a person trained in the art of healing (separate from surgery).” Therefore, a Naturopathic Physician is “a person trained in the art of Natural healing.

Genesis 1:29-30, 2:15-17 (NASB 1995) “29Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you;30and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to every thing that moves on the earth which has life, I have givenevery green plant for food”; and it was so. 15Then the LordGod took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it. 16The LordGod commanded the man, saying, “From any tree of the garden you may eat freely;17but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die.’” Hippocrates: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
